HOW WE OPERATE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS STEP 1. Call or email us to make an appointment for us to visit you to explain more about our product or simply email us how many roof trusses you have in your loft along with a photo of your roof and we will email you an estimate for creating a room in your loft. STEP 2. If you decide you would like your loft converted, we will take a quick measurement of your loft in order for us to create a drawing showing you the approximate size of your new loft room once constructed. A second survey of your loft will be required to take more detailed measurements, should you instruct us to carry out the conversion. STEP 3. If you are satisfied with the size of your loft room and wish us to carry out the conversion, we will raise a quotation for you to agree and sign. This will detail materials to be used and room finish, no deposits will be required. We will at this point also inform you of a work commencement and completion date. STEP 4. We will contact the local Building Control Office and apply for any building regulations required. STEP 5. We start work. We work Monday to Friday, hours are from 8.00am to 16.30pm. We will work solely on your job until completion. STEP 6. Once your loft room is complete and you are satisfied with everything, full payment will be requested forthwith.
