We have designed a new concept in Loft Conversions. Our concept allows us to convert a dusty loft into an amazing valuable usable space and our design enables us to create this space for a very attractive price. It takes a lot less time than you would imagine, with the minimalist of disruption. However, we must advise that there is a compromise for such an attractive price and that is we use a motorised loft ladder for access as opposed to a conventional staircase. Clearly there are advantages for using this means of access, such as an area does not have to be lost elsewhere to make way for a new staircase. We simply use the access that is already provided (although there are occasions when we have to enlarge the hatch), having said that we freely accept that in some cases a traditional second staircase may be preferred. Unfortunately, our concept cannot accommodate that request but if you, like us, can see the benefit of a motorised ladder for access, then we can definitely guarantee you will not be disappointed with what we have to offer. It is often quoted that a loft conversion is one of the top home improvements you can carry out on your property. What we can offer you is our first hand experience of that quote, as using our concept we converted the loft of one of our properties, the result was that it increased the value and when we put the property on the market for sale, it sold within a week and the purchaser made it clear to us that it was the loft conversion that strongly influenced his decision to purchase the property, in fact he is so impressed with the loft room that he has agreed to allow potential customers to view his loft.
